The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, all complemented by a dining table ideal for shared meals. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC, with a separate additional WC also available. A private balcony of 15 m2 extends from the apartment, furnished for outdoor enjoyment and offering a stunning view of the sea.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
