The living and dining area is a welcoming and luminous space featuring a sliding door, a panoramic window, and a dining table, making it an ideal setting for relaxed meals and social gatherings. From this area, you have direct access to one of the 2 balconies, where you can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view of the sea, the port, and the town.
The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm and also benefits from direct access to a balcony. The second bedroom is equally appointed with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm. The third bedroom features 1 single bed measuring 80 cm and also opens directly onto a balcony, allowing you to enjoy the outstanding views from the comfort of your own room.
The kitchen is fully open-plan and exceptionally well-equipped, featuring a mini-oven, a full oven, a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The single bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC.
