On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room featuring a Scandinavian wood stove and a dining table, alongside a separate living room with a winter garden area that also includes a dining table and provides direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a dining table and is fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room and a separate WC complete the ground floor layout.

The top floor, accessed via an open staircase, houses the 2 bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings that lend the space a cosy, characterful atmosphere. The first bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
