"Landhaus Prieger" is a charming 5-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering approximately 150 m2 of living space with a warm, rustic character defined by wooden furniture and furnishings throughout. The property accommodates a maximum of 10 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total.

On the ground floor, the welcoming living room flows naturally into an open kitchen equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a dining table complemented by a dining nook. The ground floor also includes a shower room and a separate WC.

The upper floor hosts all 4 bedrooms, each fitted with a hand-basin for added convenience. 2 of the bedrooms are each arranged with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, while the remaining 2 bedrooms each feature 1 double bed. A bathroom and an additional separate WC are also located on the upper floor. Parquet floors run throughout the property, adding to the refined rustic atmosphere, and a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the Grimming can be enjoyed from the property.
