The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. The bathroom includes a shower, and a separate WC is also provided. A private balcony of 6 m2, also south-west facing, extends the living space outdoors and offers a beautiful view of the ocean, complete with terrace furniture for your enjoyment.
