On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room furnished with cosy wooden pieces, as well as a small but well-equipped kitchen. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout. Access to the upper floor is provided via a spiral staircase, where the 2 bedrooms are located. The first bedroom features 1 double bed, while the second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds. The upper floor also opens onto a private terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, while the ground floor offers direct access to a patio.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
