The open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped for everyday cooking needs. A separate WC is also available on this level.

On the upper floor, 3 rooms with sloping ceilings offer a cosy and characterful sleeping environment. The first room contains 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm mattresses with a length of 190 cm, accompanied by a shower. The second room features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third room is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor also includes a full bathroom with a double hand-basin, as well as a separate WC. A box-room provides additional storage space.
