You will be staying in a cozy 5-room house that spans across two levels and offers a total area of 145 square meters. This room also has an exit leading to the terrace. One of the bedrooms features a double bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. Another two rooms are equipped with three bunk beds each, with dimensions of 120 cm by 200 cm. The remaining room has a double sofa bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
