A separate dining room, also equipped with a Scandinavian wood stove, provides an ideal space for shared meals. 1 bedroom on this level is fitted with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a freezer of approximately 300 litres. The bathroom on this floor includes a bath, shower, and WC.

The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, hosts the remaining 4 bedrooms, all featuring sloping ceilings that add to the character of the home. 2 of these rooms are each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
