The ground floor features a comfortable and cozy living/dining room area equipped with a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, a TV, and a DVD player. The open kitchen on the same floor is well-appointed with an oven, a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also an exit leading to the terrace from this level. Additionally, a shower and a toilet are located on the ground floor. The upper level, accessible by a ladder, consists of three bedrooms with sloping ceilings. One room has a single bed measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, while the other two rooms are double bedrooms. One double bedroom has a bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long, and the other double bedroom has a bed measuring 150 cm wide and 200 cm long.
