The third bedroom is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds in a 2 over 2 configuration, each measuring 75 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The property has 1 bathroom, configured as a shower and WC. The living and dining area is warm and inviting, featuring cosy furnishings, a dining table, and direct access to a partly roofed terrace of 9 m2 with terrace furniture and a view of the sea.
