On the main level, the living and dining area is warmly furnished and opens directly onto a terrace, inviting you to enjoy the outdoor surroundings. The kitchen is designed as an open space and flows naturally into the living area. The first bedroom on this floor is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom offers 1 single bed measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with 1 set of bunk beds also measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it a versatile sleeping arrangement for multiple guests. The bathroom on this level features a shower and WC. Throughout the main floor, wooden floors add a sense of warmth and character to the interiors.

On the top floor, an open room with distinctive sloping ceilings provides 2 additional beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This upper level benefits from panoramic views, creating a particularly memorable sleeping environment. Please be aware that while the property offers more sleeping options than the maximum allowed occupancy, the limit of 6 guests must not be exceeded under any circumstances. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
