"Utsikten" is a beautifully renovated vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering approximately 130 m2 of living space and accommodating a maximum of 10 guests, including adults and children. The property features 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, thoughtfully arranged to provide comfort and flexibility throughout the stay.

On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living room furnished with a Scandinavian wood stove and a television, with direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects to a dining area, making it ideal for shared meals. This level also includes 1 bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, 1 bedroom with 3 sleeping facilities, and 1 bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor.

The upper floor features a second living area with sloping ceilings, with a ceiling height ranging from 60 to 200 cm, also equipped with a television. This floor includes 1 bedroom with sloping ceilings at the same height range, furnished with 2 double beds each measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A separate WC is also available on this level. Throughout the property, you will enjoy warm wooden floors, a practical box-room for storage, and a stunning panoramic view. Please note that the bed layout is flexible and that more sleeping options are available than the maximum capacity, though the limit of 10 guests must not be exceeded.
