"Staksholmen" is a 4-room vacation rental house of 72 m2, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, including 4 adults and 2 children, across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is elegantly furnished in a modern Scandinavian style, featuring a wood stove, a dining table, and direct access to the partly roofed terrace. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering stays. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom contains 1 set of bunk beds with dimensions of 75 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third double bedroom is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 120 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as an additional bunk measuring 75 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Please be aware that this third double bedroom is located outside the main apartment, and there is no internal connecting door between the 2 separated properties. The single bathroom is configured as a shower and WC.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
