The property features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, thoughtfully distributed across its floors to offer both comfort and functionality.

On the ground level, the main living and sleeping area combines a lounge and sleeping space in an open-plan arrangement, furnished with 2 beds, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. A separate room on this floor is equipped with 1 double bed and also benefits from its own exit to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is located on this level and includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer of approximately 60 litres, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom on this floor features a shower and WC.

The upper floor, accessible via a ladder, consists of 1 open room with sloping ceilings, with a ceiling height ranging from 40 to 140 cm, and is fitted with 2 beds. This floor features wooden floors throughout. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including those on the upper level, are situated in open-plan spaces such as galleries or alcoves rather than enclosed bedrooms. The property was renovated in 2013 and is furnished with modern Scandinavian-style interiors. A terrace with terrace furniture offers a view of the lake.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
