The well-equipped kitchen features a dining nook and its own wood-burning stove, creating a warm and convivial atmosphere for everyday meals. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, a second living area with characterful sloping ceilings and a Scandinavian wood stove opens onto a balcony, providing a cosy retreat for relaxation. This floor houses all 4 bedrooms, each featuring sloping ceilings that add to the property's distinctive charm. 1 room is furnished with 1 double bed, 2 rooms are each equipped with 2 beds, and 1 further room contains 1 bed. The single bathroom on this floor is fitted with a shower and WC. Throughout the property, elegant parquet floors enhance the refined Scandinavian aesthetic. Please be aware that when booking at the rate for 4 persons, 1 double bedroom is not available for use. When fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
