Villa Lundsfjärden is a beautifully appointed 4-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering a total living area of 142 m2 and accommodating a maximum of 6 guests. The property features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, thoughtfully distributed between the ground floor and upper floor to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.

On the ground floor, an open living and sleeping room serves as the heart of the home, furnished with 1 bed and 1 double sofabed, making it a versatile space suited to a variety of group configurations. This room flows naturally into an open dining room equipped with a traditional Scandinavian wood stove, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A separate open kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer of approximately 100 litres, and an electric coffee machine, along with its own dining table. A door from the living area leads directly to the terrace. The ground floor also features a bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, as well as a sauna.

On the upper floor, 2 rooms with characterful sloping ceilings provide the main sleeping quarters. The first room contains 1 double bed, while the second room is fitted with 2 beds. A separate WC is also located on this floor. Both rooms benefit from access to the balcony. Throughout the property, warm underfloor heating runs beneath a combination of wooden and natural stone floors. The bed layout is flexible, and while more sleeping configurations exist than the maximum occupancy allows, the limit of 6 guests must not be exceeded.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
