The property features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and is furnished throughout with warm wooden furniture that lends the space a welcoming Scandinavian character, complemented by wooden floors and natural stone floors.

On the ground floor, 1 room is equipped with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, offering a comfortable and versatile sleeping arrangement. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer of approximately 90 litres, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table ideal for shared meals. A Scandinavian wood stove adds charm and warmth to the living area, and a door leads directly out to the veranda, where guests can enjoy views of the lake. The bathroom on this level features a shower and WC.

On the upper floor, a living and sleeping room with sloping ceilings contains 2 beds and is furnished with a television, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player, creating a relaxed space for both rest and entertainment. A further room on this floor, also featuring sloping ceilings, is appointed with 1 double bed. The property is set within a garden and benefits from a scenic view of the lake.
