A separate room on this level is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 145 cm, while 2 additional rooms each contain 2 beds. The open kitchen is fully fitted and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a freezer of approximately 60 litres. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
