Here you will find a living room featuring a Scandinavian wood stove and a television, as well as 3 sleeping areas. The first bedroom on this floor is fitted with 1 double bed, while the second bedroom offers 2 beds. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
