The living and sleeping area serves as a welcoming central space, furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, an open-hearth fireplace, and a television. From this room, you have direct access to the covered veranda. A second room is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable and spacious sleeping arrangement. The third room functions as a double bedroom with sloping ceilings, where the ceiling height ranges from 140 to 180 cm and the door height measures 155 cm. This room contains 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Please be aware that this double bedroom is located outside the main apartment, with no internal connecting door between the 2 separated properties.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features an oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer of approximately 40 litres, and an electric coffee machine.
