The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The remaining 2 bedrooms each feature 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. It is important to note that one of the double bedrooms is located outside the main apartment, in a separate annex, with no internal connecting door between the 2 properties. The living room is centered around a Scandinavian wood stove and offers direct access to the terrace, as well as a beautiful view of the lake. The open kitchen is fitted with a dining table and connects to the garden via a direct exit. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. Additionally, an electric toilet is located within the main house, while a separate WC is available in the annex.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
