One of the bedrooms features a french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm) and also has an exit to a balcony, but with a north-east facing position. The other bedroom is furnished with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm).

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
