A separate bathroom and an independent WC complete the layout of this well-appointed apartment.

Air conditioning is available to keep the interior cool during warmer months, while forced-air heating provides warmth during cooler periods. The kitchen is outfitted with a microwave and a dishwasher, alongside a full range of cooking appliances including an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A washing machine and an iron are available for laundry needs. Entertainment is provided through a flat screen television in the living and dining area.
