A separate bathroom and an independent WC complete the layout of this well-appointed apartment.

Air conditioning is available to keep the interior cool during warmer months, while forced-air heating provides warmth during cooler periods. A washing machine and an iron are available for laundry needs. Entertainment is provided through a flat screen television in the living and dining area. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
