This beautifully renovated vacation rental spans 220 m2 across 4 levels, offering a spacious and bright environment for up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The property was fully renovated in 2012 and features elegant furnishings throughout.

On the main level, you will find a generous living and dining room complete with a dining table, satellite TV, and radio, as well as direct access to a balcony. The kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. This level also features 2 separate WCs and benefits from gas heating.

The lower ground floor houses 2 shower rooms, 2 additional separate WCs, and a sauna, also served by gas heating.

On the upper floor, you will find 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom contains 2 beds and a private bath with WC. The second bedroom features 1 single bed and 1 double bed, with access to a balcony.
