Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads to the various living spaces distributed throughout the apartment. The first double bedroom features a private shower and WC, a flat screen satellite TV, and direct access to the balcony, offering a comfortable and self-contained retreat. The second double bedroom is equally well-appointed, featuring 1 sofabed measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, its own shower and WC, a flat screen satellite TV, and a private exit to the balcony. The kitchen and living room area is designed for both functionality and relaxation, incorporating a dining nook and providing yet another exit to the balcony, where you can enjoy a marvellous distant view. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
