The chalet features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and was fully renovated in 2019, offering a bright, comfortable, and romantic atmosphere throughout. On the ground level, the spacious living and dining room of 36 m2 serves as the heart of the property, furnished with 1 sofa bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it a versatile space for additional guests. This level also includes a separate WC and an open kitchen fully equipped for self-catering. On the upper floor, a generously sized open room with characterful sloping ceilings — ranging in height from 120 to 300 cm — houses 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a shower and WC. The chalet also benefits from a south-facing terrace of 15 m2, complete with terrace furniture and a very beautiful view of the mountains.

The open kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 induction hot plates, and an electric coffee machine, with Dolce Gusto capsules available as an extra. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
