The spacious living and dining area of 32 m2 forms the heart of the property, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere with rustic and cosy furnishings, and providing direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom measures 6 m2 and is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom, also 6 m2, features 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a separate WC, ensuring comfort and practicality for all guests.

This vacation rental is well-equipped to meet the needs of every guest. The kitchenette features 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything required for convenient meal preparation. Entertainment is catered for with a flat screen television offering satellite TV channels. The property benefits from gas heating, ensuring a warm and comfortable stay throughout the year. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets or dogs permitted on the premises. A baby cot is also available upon request for an extra charge. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
