It is worth noting that some sleeping areas, including the alcove, are located in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed rooms. The bathroom is configured as a combined bath and WC. A kitchenette is conveniently positioned in the entrance area, equipped with 2 hot plates and a mini-oven alongside a microwave.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
