From this room, you have direct access to the south-west facing balcony, which offers a panoramic view of the mountains. An alcove with a curtain provides a more intimate sleeping area and contains 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The entrance hall is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The apartment also includes an open kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate WC. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, such as the alcove, in keeping with the layout of the property.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
