Year-round access is guaranteed, and during the winter season, a ski bus stop is conveniently located directly in front of the front door, making it an ideal base for skiing and mountain activities. The ground floor features an entrance area along with an air-raid shelter that serves as practical storage space for sportswear and equipment. The 1st floor hosts a welcoming living room complete with a fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the 2nd floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, each furnished with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and WC, and a washing machine with tumbler. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, keeping you connected during your stay. Bath and kitchen towels, garage parking, electricity, and local tax are all included in the rental.
