On the ground floor, you are welcomed into an open living and dining room, elegantly furnished and centred around an open-hearth fireplace, with a dining table that invites shared meals and convivial moments. From this level, you have direct access to a private terrace, perfect for outdoor relaxation. The fully equipped open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Please be aware that Delta Q capsules for the coffee machine are not included. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor.

On the upper floor, you will find 2 generously sized bedrooms, each fitted with air conditioning and forced-air heating for year-round comfort.
