An additional room on this level features 1 bed, a private shower and WC, and a television, also with exit to the balcony. The ground floor is further complemented by a kitchen and living room fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, alongside a dining nook and a flat screen television, with access to the balcony.

On the upper floor, 3 double bedrooms are available, each with its own shower and WC and a television, all with direct access to the balcony.
