On the ground floor, the heart of the villa is a spacious and bright living and dining room, elegantly furnished with tasteful and stylish décor that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This generous living space opens directly onto the terrace, seamlessly connecting the interior with the outdoors. The fully open kitchen is integrated into the living area and is equipped with a comprehensive range of appliances. A separate WC is also conveniently located on this level.

The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the third bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This third bedroom benefits from a private bathroom complete with a bath, bidet, and WC. A separate shower room with WC serves the remaining bedrooms on this floor.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
