"Mont-Soleil 2&3" is a 4-room apartment of 120 m2 situated on the first floor, partly renovated in 2024 and thoughtfully furnished to accommodate up to 9 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room features a sliding door giving access to a balcony with east and south facing orientations, and is equipped with 2 wall-trunk beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm each, alongside an open-hearth fireplace and cable television. The first bedroom contains 1 set of bunk beds (2 beds of 90 cm by 200 cm each) and opens onto a balcony with a north facing position. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm. The third bedroom, a double room of 30 m2, includes 3 beds each measuring 90 cm by 190 cm and benefits from its own bath and WC, as well as direct access to a balcony. It is important to note that this double bedroom is located outside the main apartment, with independent access and a shared balcony, and there is no internal connecting door between the 2 separate properties. The apartment also features a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with WC, and a separate WC, bringing the total to 2 bathrooms. 3 balconies in total offer sweeping views of the mountains and the valley, and balcony furniture is provided for outdoor enjoyment.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
