On the upper floor, a generous living and sleeping room houses 1 double bed, a flat screen digital television, and a DVD player, with a private exit to the balcony. A dedicated children's room of 6 square metres is also located on this floor and is furnished with 1 bunk bed in a 2-over-2 configuration, with each bunk measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length.

The kitchen is thoroughly equipped to meet all culinary needs, featuring 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, an electric kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
