The living and dining area is cosily furnished and includes a dining table, providing a convivial space for shared meals and relaxation. From the living area, you have direct access to a large balcony that offers beautiful views of the sea, perfect for enjoying the surrounding natural scenery.

The sleeping arrangements are distributed across 4 rooms. The first room is equipped with 2 beds, while the second room contains 1 bunk bed unit accommodating 3 sleepers. The third room is an open room featuring 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The fourth room is also an open room and includes 1 bunk bed unit for 2 sleepers, each berth measuring 75 cm in width and 200 cm in length. It is worth noting that the bed layout is flexible and that more sleeping options are available than the maximum number of guests permitted, which may however not be exceeded. The single bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
