The second apartment, also situated on the first floor with a separate external entrance, includes a living and dining area with an open kitchen, and offers 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 double bed. This apartment equally benefits from balcony access and pool views.
Across both apartments, the property provides a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed as 1 bath with WC and 2 shower rooms with WC. The open kitchen is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine.
