The wonderful swimming pool, of undulating shape, is about 20 m long and 12 m wide (at its widest point) and has a depth of min. 1.20 m and max. 3 m. All around, plants and flowers, sunbeds and umbrellas. From here guests can enjoy a breath taking view of the Monte Argentario promontory and the ancient fishing village, Porto Ercole.
The Villa also has a large veranda, furnished with a sofa and armchairs, a dining table and a barbecue, for delicious meals in the open air, enjoying the wonderful panorama of the sea, sheltered from the sun. Two staff members live in the property and they will be available to guests.
Interior Description
GROUND FLOOR: Spacious and welcoming living area with large windows leading to the outdoor veranda, sofas, fireplace, TV. Dining room, kitchen (with direct access to the rear garden), equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen we find the laundry room and the room where the staff lives.
A door on the right side of the main living room leads to the sleeping area composed of: double bedroom with private bathroom with Jacuzzi, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: accessible both from internal and external stairs, twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower and large roof terrace from which it is possible to admire a wonderful view of the sea below.
