On the ground floor, you will find a bright and inviting living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV with DVD. This room also offers direct access to the garden. Adjacent to it, the fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table and benefits from natural light, making it a comfortable space for preparing and enjoying meals together. The ground floor also hosts 1 bedroom with 2 beds, as well as the bathroom, which is fitted with a shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin. The upper floor, characterized by charming sloping ceilings throughout, accommodates the remaining sleeping areas. Here you will find 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 double bed, and an entrance hall with 1 additional bed. The property features warm wooden floors throughout. Please be aware that 1 double bedroom is located outside the main apartment, with no internal connecting door between the separated properties. When fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying, the annex will not be available for use.

It is important to note that when the number of guests staying is fewer than the maximum capacity, the annex will not be made available for use, and there is no internal connecting door between the separated areas of the property.
