Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 1-room house with an area of 14 square meters. The living/sleeping area includes 1 bunk bed with 2 beds and a Scandinavian wood stove, which is only for decoration purposes. There is also a dining table in this space. The house has an exit leading to a veranda. The kitchenette is located in the entrance area and is equipped with 2 hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The property also features a shower/WC area. Additionally, there is a terrace that is partially roofed, providing an outdoor seating area with terrace furniture and a portable barbecue.

During your vacation, you can enjoy various amenities such as a barbecue, pet-friendly accommodations (maximum 1 pet/dog allowed), heating facilities, and a microwave. The property can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests and offers 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

The house offers a beautiful view of the surrounding forest. Please note that the fridge provided does not have a freezer compartment, and the house is designated as non-smoking. There is no internal connecting door between the separated properties on the premises. The kitchenette is located on the veranda. Drinking water is available from a faucet approximately 40 meters away, and the bathroom is in a separate hut located approximately 50 meters from the main house. As for your own arrangement, you will be responsible for the final cleaning (basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) and laundry services (bed linen and towels).

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
