The property accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, with a flexible occupancy policy that adjusts the number of available bedrooms based on the number of guests: for 1 to 2 persons, only 1 bedroom is made available while the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms remain locked; for 3 persons, 2 bedrooms are at your disposal while the 3rd bedroom with the 2 single beds is locked; from 4 persons onward, all bedrooms are fully accessible. The spacious dining room features a dining table and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, as well as a fondue and raclette set. The comfortable living room is furnished with a TV, 2 sofas, and a small table. Bedroom 1, north-facing, contains 2 pushed-together single beds measuring 2x90x190cm. Bedroom 2, east-facing, offers 2 grand-lits each measuring 140x200cm, suitable for 2 adults or up to 4 children. Bedroom 3, west-facing, provides 1 single bed measuring 90x190cm. Bathroom 1 is fitted with a shower and toilet, while Bathroom 2 features a bathtub and a washing machine, without a toilet. The apartment also provides a baby cot measuring 60x120cm, complete with bed linen, as well as a highchair for younger guests. Wireless internet via WiFi is included throughout the apartment, ensuring you remain connected throughout your stay. The inclusive package covers electricity, heating, water, use of the washing machine, WiFi, the baby cot with bed linen, the highchair, kitchen and bathroom towels, an initial supply of bed linen, final cleaning, and the visitor's tax. There is no parking space directly adjacent to the property; however, the public car park "Bahnhof Ost," located on Schulstrasse opposite the train station at a walking distance of approximately 150 metres from the apartment, is available for a fee of CHF 5.00 per day, with a maximum of 5 consecutive days purchasable at the ticket machine. For luggage unloading purposes, short-term parking in front of the chalet is permitted for a maximum of 1 hour within the designated blue parking zone. A washing machine is available within the apartment for guest use. Pets are not permitted at this property.
