Guests can stay seamlessly connected throughout their stay thanks to Internet Wifi access, making this mountain escape as practical as it is picturesque.

The rental rate includes a comprehensive range of services designed to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Bed linen, kitchen cloths, and bath towels are all provided, along with heating, electricity, warm water, a dedicated parking space, and final cleaning. The only additional charge applied separately is the visitor's and experience tax, which amounts to CHF 6.10 per adult and CHF 4.05 per child per day, as well as a tourist tax of CHF 7 per adult and CHF 3.50 per child between the ages of 6 and 15.99 per day. Upon payment of the obligatory experience tax, you will receive the Citizen's Pass as soon as you arrive, granting you total holiday freedom in the "Free Republic of Holidays Saas-Fee."

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
