During the summer season, running from 01.06. to 31.10., the holiday tax is CHF 7.- per day for adults and CHF 3.50 per day for children aged 6 to 15.99 years. During the winter season, from 01.11. to 31.05., the applicable rate is CHF 4.50 per day for adults and CHF 2.25 per day for children aged 6 to 15.99 years.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
