Sequerciani is a lovely property with a total of three private units that is conveniently located 6 km (4 mi) from Ribolla, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 67 km (41 mi) from Montalcino. Sequerciani, among other amenities, includes also hot tub, pool and WiFi internet.
Quercia is a three-bedroom unit with three bathrooms that is built on two levels and can sleep up to six people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to six guests.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
