The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a shower room, and its own exit to the terrace. 2 further bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with access to the terrace. An open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly to the living area and leads out to the terrace as well. A shower room with a separate WC and a double hand-basin completes the ground floor facilities.

On the upper floor, a bedroom featuring a dressing room is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private bathroom with a double hand-basin and access to the balcony. A fifth bedroom on this floor is equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with its own exit to the balcony. A bathroom with a separate WC serves this upper level.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
