The first ground-floor apartment features a living and dining area with 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, a kitchen corner, and access to a terrace. It also includes 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. The second ground-floor apartment offers a living and dining area with access to a terrace, 1 bedroom with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, and an open kitchen equipped with 2 hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. These 2 ground-floor apartments share 2 shower and WC facilities.

On the upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, a third apartment provides a generous living and dining area with direct access to a terrace. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
