On the ground floor, the living and dining area forms the heart of the villa, combining spaciousness and brightness with cosy, carefully chosen furnishings. This welcoming space flows naturally into the first sleeping area, a double bedroom fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A second double bedroom on this level features a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Both ground-floor bedrooms are equipped with individual climate control systems. The ground floor also includes a large, fully equipped kitchen as well as 2 bathrooms, one configured as a bath with WC and the other as a shower with WC.

On the upper floor, a third double bedroom offers a refined and private retreat, also featuring a French bed of 180 cm by 200 cm, its own bath with WC, and direct access to a terrace. This upper-level bedroom benefits from the same individual climate control as the rooms below, ensuring consistent comfort throughout the villa.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
