On the upper floor, you will find 2 dedicated bedrooms: the first is furnished with 1 french bed, while the second features 2 single beds measuring 80 cm each. The upper floor is served by a full bathroom equipped with both a bath and a shower, along with a WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
