The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering a well-balanced layout designed for both relaxation and practicality.

The spacious living and dining room spans 33 m2 and is furnished with a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing additional sleeping flexibility when needed. From this area, direct access leads to the roofed terrace of 25 m2, where terrace furniture is provided and a beautiful view of the lagoon can be enjoyed. The first bedroom is equipped with a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a flat screen television, and a private bathroom with bath and WC. The second bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a flat screen television, and direct access to the terrace. A separate shower room with WC serves the remaining guests. The open kitchen is thoughtfully integrated into the living area and is fully equipped for self-catering stays.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
